I used the dry fruit medley with apples to make a crumble. It was the best dried fruit I have ever used. Looking forward to using the pears. Easy to store in the freezer.
I used this vinegar as part of a dressing for white fish. It has a beautiful flavour and complemented the fish well. I am looking forward to using it in a salad dressing. The art work on the label is gorgeous. Destined to be a firm family favourite.
