I bought this tea to help me relax and sleep peacefully as it’s called “dream tea”. It has certainly proved successful. I get at least 4 brews from each handful of tea leaves. The added bonus is that it has cleared up a continual inflammatory skin condition which was due to tiredness and stress. No looking back 🥳.
