A jam is not always a jam. I discovered this fact fast enough after ordering the Kakadu Jam Bundle. The flavors are quite different from standards jams and they add a new dimension of flavor to toast, crumpets or English muffins. I find them truly addictive and will ration them in Germany until I can stock up on them during my next visit down under. I can't recommend them strongly enough. All of my friends in Germany agree wholeheartedly and can't wait for my return from my next visit here!

This bundle is a godsend for people like me who cook every day and tire of their own cooking. The cookbook sets the stage for culinary adventures with exotic spices that make me look forward to my own cooking again! The food is indescribably delicious and the cookbook is so clearly written that it is impossible to "botch" a dish. The tastes are unique, exciting, and such a welcome treat--one that I look forward to at least once a week. I now have to bring spices back to Germany not only for myslef but for everyone who has eaten at my place when I have cooked Aussie-styöe! Marvelous!

Lacking better inspiration, I decided to include a pack of these macadamias with some other things to thank my barista for the year-long brews. Unexpectedly, they were a huge hit, so I included some more for the café’s birthday celebrations. The packet was opened instantly and the contents were enthusiastically shared around!
